To become a member of Origin Oman, you are required to:

1. Promote the aims and objectives of Origin Oman.
2. Collaborate and work together with fellow members.
3. Source locally to reduce food kilometers.
4. Build supply chains with fellow members to retain economic benefits within local communities.
5. Ensure that the Origin Oman brand represents local provenance and quality to the public.
6. Agree to the recording and storage of information and materials you post on the Origin Oman website.
7. Understand that the management team reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership if the standards set out in the membership criteria, terms and conditions, code of conduct, or any other published document are not met.
8. Accept that there is no entitlement to a refund if membership is refused or terminated.
9. Comply with any alterations or removals requested by Origin Oman regarding the production and sale of goods associated with the brand that contravene relevant legislation or bring disrepute to Origin Oman.
10. Acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including trademarks and logos, belong to Origin Oman.
11. Use marketing and other materials bearing the Origin Oman name or logo strictly according to the provided guidelines. Upon termination of membership, the license to use such materials is immediately terminated.
12. Take responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided on the site concerning your business. Origin Oman reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove unsuitable information at its discretion.
13. Understand that Origin Oman may conduct inspections or audits before approving your application and at any time in the future.

Documentation Required for Membership Application:

1. Company registration (CR) copy.
2. Industrial registration license copy.
3. Brief company profile or e-brochure.
4. Authorized signatories copy.
5. Oman Chamber of Commerce & Industry (OCCI) certificate copy.

Please note that meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee membership approval, as the decision rests with Origin Oman.
